1. Overview

At Connect With Me, we understand that plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of our call booking services. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

2. Cancellation by Customer

2.1 More than 48 Hours Before Scheduled Call

If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled call time, you are eligible for a full refund (100% of the booking amount). The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

2.2 Between 24-48 Hours Before Scheduled Call

If you cancel your booking between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled call time, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount. A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted to compensate for the reserved time slot.

2.3 Less than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Call

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call time are not eligible for a refund. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

2.4 No-Show

If you fail to join the call within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please:

  1. Email us at support@connectwithme.com with your booking details (name, email, booking ID, and scheduled date/time)
  2. Include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
  3. Wait for a confirmation email from our team acknowledging your cancellation

Important: Your cancellation is only valid once you receive confirmation from us. The cancellation time is based on when we receive your cancellation request, not when you send it.

4. Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Rescheduling Requests

You may request to reschedule your call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. Rescheduling is subject to availability of time slots.

4.2 How to Reschedule

To reschedule, email us at support@connectwithme.com with your preferred alternative date and time. We will confirm availability and send you an updated booking confirmation.

4.3 Rescheduling Limitations

Each booking can be rescheduled only once. If you need to reschedule again, standard cancellation policies will apply, and you will need to make a new booking.

5. Cancellation by Connect With Me

5.1 Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare cases where we need to cancel a scheduled call due to unforeseen circumstances (emergency, technical issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund (100%) or the option to reschedule to another available time slot at no extra cost.

5.2 Notification

We will notify you as soon as possible via email and phone if we need to cancel your scheduled call.

6. Technical Issues

6.1 Our Technical Issues

If technical issues on our end prevent the call from taking place or significantly disrupt the session (more than 50% of scheduled time lost), you will be eligible for a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session.

6.2 Your Technical Issues

If technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device issues, etc.) prevent you from joining or completing the call, standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. We recommend testing your equipment and connection before scheduled calls.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and can take up to 10-14 business days.

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.

7.3 Transaction Fees

Please note that payment gateway transaction fees are non-refundable in cases of cancellations initiated by customers.

8. Emergency Situations

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. If you need to cancel due to a documented emergency (medical emergency, family emergency, natural disaster, etc.), please contact us immediately at support@connectwithme.com with relevant documentation. We will review each case individually and may offer exceptions to our standard policy at our discretion.

9. Disputes

If you have any concerns about a cancellation or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the incident at support@connectwithme.com. We will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days. Our decision on refund disputes will be final.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. However, changes will not affect bookings made prior to the policy update.
